In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly of crimping machines that meet our high standards of performance and reliability. Responsibilities Assemble crimping machines and subcomponents according to technical specifications and blueprints. Install and assemble mechanical, electrical, and Hydraulic parts as required. Perform crimping tool setup and calibration to ensure proper function Inspect assembled machines and components for quality and accuracy Conduct quality checks to ensure all components meet our stringent standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues that may arise during production. Document assembly processes, modifications, and test results. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus. Previous experience in machine assembly or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Sit Down Forklift experience is a plus The ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers etc You should be proficient in: Machine Building/Assembling Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Assembly Skills
