Service Advisor at Salmon River Motors in SALMON, Idaho, United States Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focus Service Advisor to join our growing automotive dealership. This is a key role in our service department, acting as a bridge between our customers and technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high quality service experience. What you will do Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Listen to the customers concerns and accurately document service needs Provide Clear explanations of recommended services and repairs Prepare estimates, obtain approvals and manage repair orders Communicate updates throughout the service process Coordinate with the technicians to ensure timely and accurate work completion Deliver completed vehicles and review services performed with customers Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business What we are looking for.
