This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient front-office operations while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, landlords, and community members. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with a high volume of phone calls and client interaction. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
