Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe student will be provided a project description during the onboarding process.Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instructionS/he will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaefflers manufacturing and technological processesKnow and understand the current specifications of the Policy and Procedures and contributes to the achievement of the quality objectivesThis position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
