Preferred Qualifications Education Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.Certification / LicensureGraduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification. AdditionalAt least 3 years of experience in a building maintenance position servicing a facility larger than 75,000 square feet.Physical activities necessary to perform one or more essential functions of the position.Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours and up to 12 hours for up to 6 days a week Ability to continuously ascend and descend from ladders and stairs, work at heights and/or from a ladder, work from a lying down position, work with your hands above your head.
