Join eXcell!Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Video Collaboration Technician to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA. This role will involve systems preventative maintenance and support, incident hygiene with the team, technical data reporting, and events broadcasting support.Duties and Responsibilities:Daily testing and monitoring of conference spaces, focused on high visibility roomsProvide escalation support and path to resolution for open incidentsAdminister scheduled preventative maintenance, replace failed or out of date componentsProvide technical support of planned broadcast events as neededMentor and lead junior team members in incident management and resolutionDeploy planned conference systemsSupport live event broadcasting as neededOpen and manage manufacturer RMAs as well as R&R for damaged equipmentMaintain inventory of spares, track maintenance in ticketing system, and submit for needed suppliesContinuous education pertinent to the conferencing technologies deployed throughoutSkills and Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent required and college degree or specific industry training / experienceMinimum 4+ years of experience in AV Technology industry installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing equipment, and interpreting system drawingsHelp desk or customer service experience, ServiceNow preferredExperience in supporting live AV events with high profile personsCurrent proficiency with commercial audio visual, video conferencing, and broadcast manufacturersTraining should include: Shure Designer, Intellimix, Networking for AVQSC QSYS Level 1 minimumAVIXA CTS preferredCrestron (DMCE-4K, XiO Cloud, CTI-FT, CTI-CTF, CTI-P101)Video Conferencing Platform proficiency: MS Teamsâ„¢, Zoom, WebExBasic Data Networking training / experience OSI Layers 1-3 minimumStrong computer skills including Apple and PC based applications, Office 365 Suite, RDP, and collaboration tools, Scripting a plusStrong organizational and technical writing skillsStrong team player, can lead junior members of the teamMust be self-sufficient, self-motivated, reliable, and punctualMust be able to lift 60lbsMust be able to reach under tables and behind equipment racks to repair cabling issues$30.00 - $45.00 per hourFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life/AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA/HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
