Purchasing Manager ***** Lead ***** Drive both day-to-day and long-term purchasing efforts. Supplier ***** Work with suppliers to enhance cost, processes, and quality. Cost ***** Craft and execute strategies to help suppliers meet cost-saving goals. Team ***** Set department goals and guide the team to hit targets and KPIs. Quality ***** Ensure suppliers meet our quality standards. ***** Partner closely with manufacturing teams to meet supply chain needs. ***** Create and share supply chain reports with executive leaders. RFQ ***** Estimate costs for new projects and evaluate RFQs. Data ***** Input accurate information into our ERP system. ***** ***** Bachelors degree. Certifications in the field are a bonus. ***** Proven track record leading sourcing or purchasing in a high-volume manufacturing setting. Negotiation ***** Demonstrated success in finding new suppliers and strategic negotiations. ***** Strong verbal and written communication skills.
