Every employee takes a person-centered approach that exemplifies the ICARE values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) through empathic communication and partnerships between all persons.Job Description:Within the Office of Behavioral Health at NYC Health + Hospitals, the Digital Behavioral Health Project Manager will support the Medical Director of Digital Behavioral Health working to ensure timely and accurate implementation of the system's Digital Behavioral Heath initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in advancing the adoption and integration of digital technologies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency of behavioral health within NYC H+H.General tasks and responsibilities will include:Develop and manage project plans for the design, development, and implementation of behavioral digital behavioral health solutions, including mobile apps, web platforms, and telehealth systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, clinicians, and designers, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Proactively engage with IT teams to design and implement EMR modifications. Will be important to understand what each Epic team's roles are and how/when to involve them.Regularly meet with team to track week-to-week duties and support their growth.Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project timelines, budgets and quality.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners and vendors to ensure a clear communications and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.Monitor and reports on project progress, milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on behavioral digital health solutions, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research, and technological advancements.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices in behavioral digital health, including data privacy and security.Facilitate change management initiatives and support the adoption of new digital behavioral health solutions within the organization and among end-users.Continuously evaluate project outcomes and incorporate learning to improve future projects and contribute to overall success of the digital behavioral health plete other projects as neededMinimum Qualifications:Educational and/or experience requirements will vary requiring diverse kinds and levels depending on the content, complexity and variety of project. Compensation levels will correspond to the requirements developed for the designated project. In no event will the acceptable minimum be below: 1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in a specialization discipline consistent with project content; and, 2. Four years of substitutable and relevant health care experience related to the objectives of the project; or, 3.
