Financial Analyst Our client is a non profit organization looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. This position will report directly to the Director of Finance and will be 100% on site in New Haven. Main Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst Help develop and maintain complex financial models for purposes of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project/partner developmentThe Financial Analyst will provide detailed and complex analysis and modeling in support of finance, accounting, and operations Work closely with the Director of Finance and CFO to help prepare financial reports and management presentations Review ongoing financial performance and measure/understand variance and performance metrics The Financial Analyst will support banking-related activities and relationships, including lines of credit, working with partners on funding, advances, managing borrowing bases, repayments Provide support to other financial operations as necessaryPreferred Qualifications of the Financial Analyst Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance At least 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency with MS Excel Financial modeling experience Strong understanding of Accounting principles
