Staff Accountant My client is a vertically integrated real estate investment and management firm which owns and operates commercial real estate on behalf of private and institutional capital. Through its affiliates, the firm owns and manages more than 6 million square feet of properties throughout the United States. Responsibilities: Manage a team of 2-3 junior accountants Review accounts payable and receivable entries daily to ensure accuracy Assist with month-end close & review financials with property managers Review bank reconciliations Prepare financial reports for companys investors on a monthly and quarterly basis Set up new entities in their system, Yardi Preform monthly escrow and reserve account reconciliations and annual CAM reconciliations Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting 2-5 years of full cycle accounting experience Good communication skills as this person will be communicating with different departments on a daily basis Real estate/property management experience is a plus but not required Yardi Voyager experience a plus#INAPR2024#INMAY2024#LI-MP5
