CFS has partnered with a dynamic and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Clerk to join their team ASAP! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess the requisite skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities:Phone Support:Respond promptly to calls from stores, addressing inquiries and resolving daily issues such as malfunctioning credit card machines, cash drawer discrepancies, and payout procedures.Daily Store Reconciliation:Manage cash drawer closeouts for assigned stores, ensuring accurate reconciliation of payments collected, including credit card transactions, cash/check deposits, and specialized cardsProactively communicate with stores to identify and resolve any discrepancies, maintaining a log of daily overages/shortages for tracking purposes.Compile a monthly summary of outstanding differences for each store, detailing communication history and proposed resolutions.Bank Reconciliation:Conduct reconciliation of store deposits in Dynamics accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.Payout Receipt Verification:Verify receipts submitted by stores for cash payouts (Petty Cash), confirming the authenticity of transactions and reconciling amounts in the Payout program.Document any discrepancies and take appropriate actions to rectify errors.Supply Management:Utilize the Commit program to coordinate the distribution of banking supplies to stores, including night depository bank bags and deposit slips.Maintain meticulous records of supplies dispatched and communicate effectively with reception for timely delivery to stores.Qualifications:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial reconciliation and record-keeping.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software preferred.Experience in customer service or retail support roles is advantageous.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.#INMAY2024
