The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and cafeteria.Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking. This position is specific to helping veterans.Preferred applicants will hold a High School diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of food service experience. Ability to prepare and serve portion-controlled, nutritious meals and maintain cleanliness and inventory is essential. Supervisory experience is preferred.
