As a Logistics Specialist, you will be supporting various departments including Import/Export for Ocean and Air along with Domestic Trucking and Accounting. This opportunity immerses you in every aspect of the logistics industry and gaining a versatile knowledge/skill set.***** Tracking and tracing shipments for Air, Ocean and Domestic TruckingPrepare, handle and process documentation-including house and master bills of lading, commercial documents and customs/regulatory documents.Accurate data entry into AS400 systemSpreadsheet data entry in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain compliance standards at all times - internal policies, government regulations and customer requirements.Provide department support and assist various department managers with ad hoc projects.Application process, data entry, monthly closingBilling support, handling and validating invoices***** 2-5 years in Logistics/Freight industryPrior experience with SAP and AS400 a plusProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills - ability to listen, comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing.Bachelors Degree Preferredapply **** inline">kevin.connor@
