Come and play an important part on our incredible team today!What you get to do:As a Photographer, you'll help guests turn their wonderful park memories into fun, lasting photographic imagery. We're looking to you to provide exceptional guest service while answering any questions guests may have about their experience. You will also:Greet and interact with guests, answer questions and resolve guest issuesActively approach guests to encourage group or individual photosTake high quality imagesDirect guests on how to view and purchase photosProcess and edit photos using computer softwareSell retail merchandise and photos when assignedSell and redeem reservation and mobility itemsAssist guests with locker rentalsMaintain mobility equipment and locker areasKeep all assigned areas clean and organizedPerform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed: A passion for customer service Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills Outstanding communication abilities Ability to accurately handle cash, and learn and use the point of sale system Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests' needs Ability to promote and ensure a safe and secure environmentAbility to take quality images with digital cameraAbility to work independently with little to no supervisionDSLR camera knowledge a plus Flexibility to perform varied duties Interested candidates must be available weekends in November thru 1/7/24 (please note that the park is open daily from 12/22-1/2 and the candidate must be open to working during that period)What else is important: At least 16 years of ageMust be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbsPosition engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicalsMust be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standardsMust be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat and cold temperaturesMust provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreementConsistently practice safe work habits and reporting unsafe situationsAbility to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines#INDSPLThe perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:FREE park admissionDiscounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friendsPark discounts on food, merchandise, etc.Scholarship opportunitiesExclusive employee events and giveawaysEEO Employer:SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
