Job Posting: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Make a Difference in Your Community An outpatient, integrated health, and non-profit community health center in the Brooksville, Florida area is seeking a passionate and mission-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated care team as a psychotherapist. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations - Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices - Collaborate with care team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans - Offer crisis intervention and patient care coordination - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) - Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Qualifications: - Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution - Active Florida LCSW license in good standing - Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Passion for serving diverse populations and dedication to improving community health Our Commitment to Patient-Centric Care and Employee Support: As a psychotherapist in our organization, you will have the opportunity to practice patient-centric care by providing an appropriate amount of time to see patients during initial intake appointments and follow-up sessions. We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive training on our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. As a new therapist, you will start with a reduced caseload, allowing you to gain comfort and efficiency in our patient-centric model before transitioning to a full caseload.
