Performing Machine Set Ups, Adjustments, and Changeovers to prepare for production runs on Food Packaging Machines. Conducting Inspections and Testing to ensure equipment meets quality specifications. Completing all necessary documentation associated with the position. Acting as Line Leads, leading line workers and rotating them every 30 minutes. Assisting line workers and overseeing the hopper filler to ensure the correct product is being utilized. Arriving 20-30 minutes early for changeover, communicating with the machine operator from the previous shift to address any ongoing machine issues. Requirements: Knowledge in GMPS or HAACP, or willing to learn. Previous machine operating experience in food manufacturing. 1-2 years of experience with similar machines in the food cluding machine setups. Background check and drug screen required. Reliable transportation. Leadership experience is highly valued, as machine operators will serve as leads for line workers and hopper fillers on their line. Must be 18 years of age or older.
