We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect.   Responsibilities Provide maintenance and repair services on surgical instruments and equipment Qualifications Job Requirements:  Associates degree from a college or university and 2 - 5 years related experience in reprocessing, use and/or repair of surgical instruments or equivalent combination of education and experience. Department of Labor Certified Surgical Instrument Repair Specialist Journeyman. Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g., in the printed word, product appearance, etc.).
