Job Title: Laser Machine OperatorLocation: Allen, TXSalary: $60,000 - $90,000 (with overtime and benefits)Industry: Steel FabricationThe Client:Our client specializes in sheet metal fabrication in the North of Dallas and is looking to add a Laser Machine Operator to their already established team due to their growth and work prospects since the start of 2024.Responsibilities:Perform laser department-related duties as assigned by management.Learn new techniques and processes from experienced operators.Troubleshoot issues to ensure the machines maintain a high level of utilization.Learn proficiency with machinery controls to overcome daily obstacles and ensure continuous production flow.Mentor junior operators to learn new techniques and procedures.Requirements:Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.Computer proficiency for time and data entry.High school diploma or GED required.A minimum of 3 years of experience operating laser cutting machines.Experience with Trumpf and Bystronic lasers is a plus.Forklift operator certified.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Bilingual candidates in Spanish are preferred.Apply NOW!If you're an experienced Laser Operator with a background in sheet metal, apply directly through this advertisement, or send over an up-to-date resume to aewing@
