In 2022, our platform won the Digiday Technology Award for Best Marketing Automation Platform.About The RoleAs a Director of Customer Success, Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing key accounts and supervising our Customer Success Specialist and their respective client portfolios to ensure retention and growth. A successful Director of Customer Success will be someone who can think "outside of the box" and work under pressure to exceed client expectations and develop client solutions.This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite three (3) days per week out of our New York City office.ResponsibilitiesBuild and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth and ensure retention and expansion with clienteleSupervise members of the Customer Success team Successfully manage book of business with minimal involvement from senior management Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and pitching new business ideasEnhance the SaaS customer experience across onboarding, support and account management stagesLead projects and campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring prompt and efficient turnaround of deliverablesAssist Sales team by providing support for proposals and new business initiativesIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and pitching new business ideasMonitor and improve customer success KPIs to ensure scalability of processes and frameworksContribute to and lead strategic discussions with both clients and Constellation leadershipJob Requirements5+ years of leadership experience in a client-facing roles role within the Automotive sector, preferably in SaaS or digital marketingDemonstrated proficiency in understanding digital campaigns, metrics, and analytics Must be operational-minded to identify efficiencies, improve processes, implement strategies, and conduct training sessions to facilitate the ongoing growth of the Customer Success teamAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects and tasks with a strong focus on client satisfactionSkilled in developing and executing client contracts and proposalsExcellent communications skills (both internal and external) requiredProven track record of engaging with senior leadershipDemonstrated proactive problem-solving abilities and emotional maturityAvailable and willing to travel for in-person client meetings as neededExceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skillsNice To HavesTier 3 auto experienceExperience with Facebook Ads Manager, Search Engine Marketing and Social Recommendations/Optimizations and SaaS technologies Other Job InformationThis job description is not all inclusive.
