Pave Talent, in collaboration with a renowned agency with over 50 years of impactful service, seeks a passionate and talented Program Manager for the True Life Recovery Program.This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to be a key driver in supporting youth through substance use disorder services, making a significant impact on community well-being.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) program targeted at youth, particularly in the north coastal region.Operate on a hybrid work model, balancing time between the office and school sites, enhancing program accessibility and impact.Provide administrative supervision and support to a diverse team including SUD counselors, a peer support specialist, and administrative roles.Engage in strategic planning, program development, and oversight to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.💼 Candidate Profile:Educational Background: Licensed clinician or eligible to get a license or associate professional with a SUD certification.Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in program management, preferably in a health or social services setting. Bilingual skills are a plus.Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
