The successful applicant will be responsible for a ~100bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility near Streator, Illinois. The organization operate a number of LTC and SNF's across Illinois and the mid-west, so regional support and opportunities to progress are plentiful.If interested, you must already hold a Illinois License or be able to transfer a current License covering a nearby state.
