Join us in a role that's both rewarding and challenging, where you'll play a vital part in the lives of our students, helping them grow and thrive.As a Senior Clinical Director, your day-to-day work life is centered around overseeing the assessment, treatment planning, therapy, transition planning for all Sunrise students and their families. The Senior Clinical Director oversees the clinical directors, recreational therapists, and the Nurse Manager. S/he coordinates care with the psychiatristThe pay range for a Senior Clinical Director at Sunrise is $85,000-$100,000 per year. Pay is depending on experience and education.Sunrise is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.As a Senior Clinical Director your responsibilities would includeProvide all duties and responsibilities performed by therapists on his/her caseload (see therapist job description).Supervise Sunrise therapist.Plan group schedule and make assignments for facilitation of the groups.Run weekly treatment team meetings.Attending administration meetings.Perform marketing responsibilities as assigned.Coordinate care between departments in a manner that encourages teamwork and company unity.Provide training for therapists and staff.Run weekly clinical meetings.Track outcome data as students leave the program.Provide clinical supervision weekly to clinical directors and other therapists as needed.Other duties as assigned by the executive director.QualificationsMinimum master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline.Licensed or ability to be licensed in state of Utah - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalentKnowledge of DSM-V disorders and other pertinent issues facing the students and their familiesKnowledge of pertinent clinical terminology, and multiple therapeutic interventions and techniques.Knowledge of the laws regarding documentation, reporting, and confidentiality.Knowledge of Dialectical Behavior TherapyKnowledge in insurance reviews and practicesSkill in discernment and therapeutic theory and intervention.Skill in communicating concepts and expectations, and in teaching techniques.Skill in planning, implementing and adjusting a course of treatment.Ability to hold appropriate boundaries with students and parents.Ability to assess and interpret student behavior.Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.Ability to make critical decisions regarding students based on input from multiple sources.Preferred -Five years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.Preferred - 2 or more year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.BenefitsAt Sunrise, we understand the importance of supporting our team members and offer the following benefits to all employees:Unlock your professional potential with a personalized growth plan, featuring Mastery Program courses in our exclusive clinical approach, training alongside nationally recognized industry leaders, and company-sponsored certifications.Enjoy a comprehensive Benefits Program, encompassing medical insurance with a generous company contribution towards a high deductible plan, dental insurance, vision insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, 401K with company matching, and paid parental leave.Revel in the balance of Company Paid Holidays and a PTO accrual schedule.At Embark, we and our team members embody core values of empathy, trusting relationships, service, growth, and results.
