As the Senior Customer Success Engineer you will play a critical role in building and sustaining customer relationships while driving the adoption and success of the Longbow platform advancing Veracode in the application security posture management space.The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and business savvy bringing a consultative mindset and approach, an ability to work cross functionally, and strong presentation skills. Veracode has created an environment that fosters upward mobility and career growth so we are searching for high energy, hard-working individuals that would like to grow with us.What you will be responsible for:Discover and understand the technologies, solutions, constraints, and challenges for a cloud security, application security, and vulnerability management programMatch Veracode solutions to customer's technical, security, and business needs.Assist and advise on the effective use of Veracode security products and their alignment with a customer's environmentCollaborate with Customer Success Managers on designated accounts through customer onboarding to ensure a successful customer launchDemonstrate and integrate Veracode products across the entire software development toolchainPresent Veracode and Longbow's vision, strategy and product roadmaps to executives and technical management.Provide customer-oriented feedback to internal product development groups to guide the future direction of the Longbow and Veracode solutions.Desired ExperienceMinimum five years' experience in the information security or software development industry.Customer facing experience with strong listening and business relationship skillsAbility to collaborate with and motivate groups towards a unified goalMust be effective working independently and in a team settingPublic cloud and cloud security fundamentals (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud infrastructure security, container security)Experience working and integrating with security tool APIs for both GraphQL and RESTSystem integration, automation, and cloud experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)Hands on with cloud security solutions (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Palo Alto Prisma)Scripting (Perl, Python, etc.), Java, .NET (C# and ASP, .Net) knowledgeExperience with architecting a secure SDLC in a modern development shop (DevOps, Agile, CI/CD).Hands-on experience with application security solutions (Synopsis, Veracode, Checkmarx, Snyk, etc.)Hands-on problem solver who is proactive and is able to self-manage a challenge through to resolutionCustomer requirement gathering, prioritization and scoping experienceEnthusiastic, self-starter with a charismatic personalityMust be willing to travel 10-25%Additional Experience That Will Help You Be SuccessfulSecure SDLC and DevOps mindset and familiarity with Agile Frameworks (SAFE, Lean SD, etc.)Network security experienceFamiliarity with application security (URL manipulation, SQL injection, cross-site scripting, back-end authentication, password in memory, session hijacking, buffer overflow, web server configuration, credential management, clickjacking, etc.)Containerization systems & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or FrenchWhat we offer you:Outstanding Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage to meet all your healthcare needs.Wellness benefits to help you focus on what's most important."Take What You Need" time off policy.Extensive development and training offerings to help you grow your career at Veracode.Generous 401k match to help save for your future.Amazing community of professionals who take pride in what we do every day.Compensation TransparencyIn accordance with U.S. pay transparency laws, Veracode provides compensation transparency for roles based in the United States.
