We are looking for our next Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern to join our dynamic finance organization here at Sono Bello! This individual will report to, and work collaboratively with, the FP&A Manager. Our ideal candidate will be analytical with demonstrated problem-solving skills, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy. This is a highly visible team which plays an integral part in the Company's growth and success.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Analysis and Modeling.Conduct financial analysis and create models to support business decisions.Reporting and Presentations:Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts.Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.Identify trends and variances in key performance indicators (KPIs).Ad-Hoc Reporting:Prepare ad-hoc business performance reports as needed.Additional duties as assigned.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:High School diploma or equivalentPursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Other Skills And AbilitiesDemonstrated ability to model company values.Ability to prioritize multiple functions and responsibilities while producing desired results.WORK ENVIRONMENTWork at the office in Kirkland, WA 2-3 days per week. Hybrid working potentially available for this position.COMPENSATION:This is a Non-Exempt position with an hourly range of $16.28 - $20.00, depending on experience.
