LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco. ResponsibilitiesEnsure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principlesYou will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reportingWork closely with team members to assist with the month-end closeAssist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAPPrepare reconciliations of Balance Sheet accountsResearch and analyze expense variances for company managementQualifications3+ years' of professional accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experienceCPA preferredThis role will pay between $38hr to $44hr based on skills and experience.
