They help organizations optimize their media campaigns, identify target audiences, and measure the impact of their marketing efforts. With a focus on cutting edge technologies, audience measurement, consumer targeting and in-depth intelligence into paid, owned and earned media. Their global coverage and local expertise enable clients to better understand media audiences and their relationships with brands to optimize investment.About the roleReporting to the Chief Media Solutions Officer in North America, the Media Solutions Methodologist is responsible for leading the advancement of Kantar's media effectiveness methodology. Kantar is advancing the approach to multi-channel measurement, and this role will be critical in developing the industry standard. The methodologist will collaborate with Product, Operations, and their respective teams, in addition to other key stakeholders. In this role, the methodologist will own decisions around Kantar's proprietary media measurement methodology and decisions in the following areas.Primary Responsibilities• Develop and implement next-gen media measurement frameworks and methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure research methodologies align with solution and project objectives o Develop and maintain project timelines in coordination with a cross-functional team • Present research findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner • Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging media platforms to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition Capabilities you will bring to the role: • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • Experience with quantitative research methods • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data• Excellent analytics and critical thinking skills • Proven experience in research design data collection and analysis • Deep understanding of the media landscape and media effectiveness measurement Capabilities• 15+ years working in the advertising ecosystem, digital media agencies, with a focus on media effectiveness measurement • Deep familiarity with research methodologies and protocols • Ability to communicate complex topics effectively • Data driven, performance media experience is required • SAS familiarity • An entrepreneurial spirit, desire to "change the game", a self-starter, and thinks outside of the box • Works effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environmentKantar BenefitsWe provide a comprehensive, highly competitive benefits package, includingMedical plans with comprehensive, affordable coverage for a range of health servicesHealth Savings Account/FSADental, Vision and benefits to cover unique healthcare needsWellness Program401k with matchTuition Reimbursement, Commuter benefitsUnlimited PTOWhy join Kantar?We shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere.
