Job DescriptionSeeking a Loan Officer Assistant to join our team! The person is responsible for handling inboundcalls/emails, building rapport with clients and business partners, and determining the immediateneeds of both as well. We offer a tremendousopportunity for growth, compensation, and benefits.Responsibilities:· Assist new clients through the information intake process and scheduling consultations withtheir respective loan officer.· Manage 40-50 leads per month· Ability to review and understand loan application, documentation and AUS findingsnecessary for pre-approval.· Manage CRM to include maintaining notes in the client record, effectively working follow-uptasks and ensuring data relating to communications and the status of leads is accuratelydocumented·Follow up via phone, text and email with clients and established business partnersto ensure complete information on file, request outstanding document needs, and scheduleconsultations and/or meet-ups.· Assist with various marketing efforts: gifting, client/VIP events, communication campaigns.Qualifications:· Strong attention to detail and written communication· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies· Ability to work in a goal-oriented environmentAbout Us:At Neighborhood Loans, we are passionate mortgage lending professionals with one goal in mindmake our clients, our priority.
