Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Family Law Attorney at MCM Law Group, P.C. located in Santa Ana, CA. Some remote work is acceptable. As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal advice and advocacy.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the State Bar of CaliforniaSpecialization or experience in family law, probatePlus if you have dependency law experienceStrong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and case precedentsExcellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to work independently and handle a high-volume caseloadStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to empathize and work with clients in a compassionate and professional mannerExperience in negotiation and conflict resolutionProficiency in legal research and case management softwareAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsBilingual is a plusExperience in mediation or alternative dispute resolution is a plus.Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.Range $80,000.00-$135,000.00MCM Law Group, P.C. is an equal opportunity employer.
