Interact with personnel across the company to evaluate and test internal controls of business processes. Process Improvement: Provide recommendations to location and senior management to enhance processes and internal controls based on audit findings. Data Analysis: Utilize tools for data analysis to identify areas of risk and focus during pre-audit planning and audit execution. Knowledge Development: Build skills and knowledge of company requirements to effectively discuss key audit issues with management. External Auditor Support: Assist external auditors with SOX-related audit testing and physical inventory observations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional teams such as the Process Team, Data Analytics Team, or Risk Team, collaborating to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of audits. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE certifications preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with inventory audit experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel domestically up to 25-30% of the time. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
