Monte Nido's treatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Responsibilities Include:: Assist the Clinical Director in oversight of the program and management of the milieuProvide effective leadership to the clinical staff and support to the multidisciplinary treatment teamProvide individual, group, and family therapyConduct clinical assessments Participate in discharge and aftercare planningModel healthy relationship with food when working during facility meal times Qualifications:: Master's degree in a clinical counseling discipline (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling)Licensed in a clinical counseling field (e.g. LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW) preferred. One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting with management experience is preferredPrior experience treating individuals eating disorders in a residential or hospital setting helpfulExperience with employee selection and performance management is a plus #montenido
