Position Overview: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various operational activities within the organization. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The Operations Manager will collaborate with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of business processes and the achievement of operational goals. They must identify areas for improvement, develop strategies for enhancing efficiency, and implement best practices to streamline operations.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficient and effective processes.Coordinate and supervise daily operational activities to meet established performance targets.Team Leadership and Development:Manage and lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and individual growth.Quality Control and Compliance:Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal vestigate and resolve operational issues to enhance client satisfaction.Collections ManagementOversee and manage collections processes, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding debts or payments.Monitor accounts receivables and work with the finance team to resolve payment issues and delinquencies.Implement strategies to reduce the overall delinquency rate and improve the collections process.Analyze collection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.Liaise with legal teams when necessary, to handle collection-related legal matters.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Proven experience in operations management or a related leadership role.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with teams, stakeholders, and clients.Knowledge of industry regulationsSalary:$65,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience.
