Their goal is to offer each and every person around the world the best of beauty in terms of quality, efficacy, safety, sincerity and responsibility to satisfy all beauty needs and desires in their infinite diversity.QualificationsBachelor's degree (in MarketingAdvertising preferred)6+ years of experience in a complex, technical product environment, including at least 3 years of management experienceIn-depth understanding of social media campaign management and optimization practicesExperience leading large accounts within an agency in an integrated fashion (collaboration, data-sharing, co-leading efforts focused on client satisfaction, growth, performance vs KPI's)Exceptional ability to manage and develop a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of stress toleranceExcellent relationship-building with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to thrive in start-up environment with high client demandsStrong communicator and presenter, able to present and articulate persuasive and cohesive presentations and points-of-viewHighly analytical and creative mind in strong communication skills with experience in building and managing a team through a use of excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationResponsibilitiesAs a leader on the Social team, the Associate Director will wear many hats. AD's will be instrumental in developing strategies, planning, and ensuring proper implementation of digital marketing programs to meet and exceed client goals. A successful AD will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of educating junior team members and getting tasks completed to bring value to our clients.Owning key client relationships for all aspects of paid social - ensuring trust in agency and team to drive data-driven resultsAssisting Director with receipt and disseminating ongoing client deliverables as well as ad hoc requestsRunning point on long term strategic plans respective of the client's business goals including but not limited to annual and quarterly planning, QBRs and EOC reportsFacilitating and leading in person meetings on a monthlyquarterly basis to build and maintain a deep-rooted partnership driving excitement for paid social opportunitiesLeading the development and execution framework of innovative paid social media plans respective of client objectivesDemonstrating ability to present strategies, plans and pitches to all level of clientsBringing new proactive ideas to help meet client goals and grow businessDeveloping, training, coaching and motivating team of Assistants, Strategists, and SupervisorsFostering the highest level of understanding of the inner workings of the account and client needs to be able to provide continued direction to the junior members of the teamEstablishing oneself as the social media expert and act as a resource for advisory for the teamHelping design and driving excellent quality control checks and ensure they are adopted and implementedDriving ongoing communication and processing between internal as well as external stakeholders to collectively attain client objectivesWorking closely with the supervisor to properly manage team's bandwidth, redistributing work as neededWorking closely with the supervisor to help prioritize tasks fluidly based on client directionDemonstrating appropriate judgment through proper escalation and strong problem-solving skillsPrioritizing and managing priorities and ad-hoc requests to ensure they are executed on time and to client expectations by entire client teamPossessing capability to tell a story through analyzing and applying data trendsConstructing data driven decks that display performance and optimizationfuture planning considerationsRecommending innovative strategic and media tactics consistent with media and content briefingBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.Working closely with the Digital and Strategy leads to foster synergies between social and digital opportunitiesProactively seeking out for media opportunities andor industry news to develop sharp and up-to-date approach to media planning, and disseminate across the teamWorking together with the management to identify and grow incremental business opportunitiesHelping identify test and learn opportunities in line with client business objectivesCompensation Range: $2000-2500 per week. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualificationsskills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
