Summary Description: Based on our rapidly growing success and explosive growth in the TGC space, coupled with our continued success in the game and toy company, publishing house and market leader in the European jigsaw puzzle market, we are now seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our Global Games and Lorcana Teams based in Seattle. As an HR Generalist supporting our Global Games Team, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization. This role will be primarily focused on recruiting top talent to fuel our expansion. You will also provide full cycle HR support, from creating job descriptions to onboarding, and occasionally support administrative and facilities tasks in our Seattle office. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements. Source, screen, and interview candidates. Conduct reference checks and manage the offer process. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Full-Cycle HR Support: Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution. Support performance management and development initiatives. Handle HR administrative tasks as needed. Administrative and Facilities Support: Assist with office management and facilities-related tasks. Support administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.Education and Experience Requirements (Minimum): Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.3-7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment. Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably in the gaming industry or a startup-like setting. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of managers and employees. Proven track record of successfully closing candidates and meeting recruitment goals. Innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box in recruitment strategies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members. Mature and adaptable, with the ability to handle varying management styles and work autonomously.Salary Range 70-80K with an Annual Short Term Bonus Incentive at 10% of base salary.
