Get more details below.HR Admin Coordinator Job DescriptionThe HR Admin Coordinator will provide administrative support in all aspects of Human Resources (i.e. answering calls, filing, administering new hire orientation, scheduling interviews). This position will follow close direction in administering, communicating, and providing regular guidance to clients on corporate and local HR policy, procedure, and guidelines.What you'll do as an HR Admin Coordinator:Complete full cycle recruiting for hourly positions Prepare and administer new hire orientationProvide procedural guidance, coaching clients on system-related transactions and proceduresProvide formal training to clients, or providing suggestions for improvement to current procedures, processes, and methodsCoordinate administration of diverse, complex, and highly confidential information related to compensation, benefits, performance, and other areas of HRTranslate information into concise, comprehensive reports, charts, or graphs in order to communicate resultsProvide client referral andor escalation to the appropriate HR resource for compliance mattersDevelop and maintain positive client relations through communication and interpersonal practicesExercise discretion in matters of confidentiality What you'll bring to the HR Admin Coordinator role:High School Diploma or GEDAssociate degree in human resource or business related field is preferred Previous employee onboarding and full cycle recruiting experienceExceptional organizational skillsCustomer service skills
