Their software interfaces with ATG, POS, and back-office systems from Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Verifone, and PDI Software. They also offer a range of listing and inventory management tools specifically for the automotive industry. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Installation Technician for Gluon Solutions, Inc. located in Livermore, CA. The role includes both on-site and remote work. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and servicing hardware and software, providing technical support to customers, and troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Cabling skillsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and provide exceptional customer satisfactionExperience in the fuel, convenience, or automotive industries is preferredAssociate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants should also be comfortable working in physically demanding environments and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
