Work with design group, project leaders, and test assets in a matrixed organization to drive successful project outcomes. Position Responsibilities:Development of metrics, test methods, procedures, data capture, and reports for new productsWill be required to conduct testing in addition to advising and supporting the training and activities of peers within skill setContinuous improvement of the DVP processDecides on passfail criteria of projectsDesign test fixtures using 3D modelingCreate custom test setupsResponsible for operating data acquisition systems and using outputs to boost development, test efficiency, and product performanceResponsible for operation and development of lab test equipment such as a shock dyno, MTS hydraulic system, tensile tester, data acquisition sensors.Manages 5 to 10 projects concurrentlySpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Proficient PC skills required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 3D modeling Ability to use Matlab, VB, ladder logic, C++ Java, or any other programming language that would benefit data processing and analysis.Knowledge of 3D modeling and FEA a plusAbility to bring fresh ideas to improve company innovation and profitabilityCompetencies:Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing job duties. Compensation Range$97,058 - $133,455The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
