Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our as a Telecom Cloud Engineer.Responsibilities: Day to day oversight and management of the telecom platform.Accountable for using project lifecycle methodology including the creation of project plans, budgetary estimates, and telecommunication documentations.Will participate andor lead project teams as a technical resource to deliver solutions that follow bestpractices and standards.Provides engineering and technical support during critical incidents as necessary.Participate in telecommunications strategic planning process and assist with managing strategic vendor relations and onboarding.Participate in team initiatives with other engineers across the organization for new technology planning, deployments, and establishing best-practice recommendations.Provide training materials and documentation for operations handoff and customer communications.Work with business units to understand and gather requirements for projects and system enhancements.Effectively translate business requirements into high-level design documentation. Estimate level of effort and document scope of implementation. Determine potential impact to telecommunications systems resulting from projects, enhancements, and support.Monitors and identifies capacity and performance issues for telecom traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of telecom systems. Generates telecommunications usage and network traffic reports. • Configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end user telecommunications, telephony, and voicedata software products. Performs analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of telecommunications problems for end users; recommends and implements corrective solutions.Assists in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future telecommunications network growth needs. Modifies andor rearranges telecommunications systems to accommodate additional services or changes.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar engineering.Requires at least seven (7) years of related experience in the cloud telecommunication.Experience with Networking as it pertains to prehensive experience with CCaaS systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt to new andor changing situations.Background in Clinical, Healthcare and retail fields are a plusExperience with RingCentralIf you are an applicant residing in California, please view our privacy policy here:
