This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a wide range of transformative projects such as dialog driven learning and knowledge discovery.ABOUT THE ROLEThe AIML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex problems and improve operational efficiency within our organization. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, explore and visualize data, build predictive models, and integrate effective AIML solutions into our internal processes and future digital products.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with project stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and requirements for AI and ML-driven projects.Research, design, and implement algorithms and models that can learn from and make predictions or decisions based on data.Collect, clean, and preprocess data from a variety of internal and external sources.Evaluate the efficacy of different models and algorithms using appropriate metrics and statistical methods.Keep abreast of developments in AIML to continuously improve and update models and techniques.Prototype, deploy, and maintain AIML models in a production environment, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.Document the development process, architecture, and standard operating procedures for models and systems.Work closely with IT and software development teams to integrate AIML solutions into our internal tools and workflows.Assist in identifying opportunities for leveraging AIML to gain competitive advantages in our consulting services.REQUIREMENTSPhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Proven experience as an AIML Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages, and familiarity with AIML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI, Mistral, Llama, BardGemini, etc. as well as prompt engineering and RAG).In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling techniques.Experience with data engineering tools and platforms, and proficiency in handling large, complex datasets.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to work on complex projects and translate business challenges into AIML-driven solutions.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.GAP INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATESPurposeful people at work impacting companies around the world.People who thrive in a learning environment and enjoy learning, growing, and performing at their best; energized to continually push beyond their comfort fortable with ambiguity; eager to take on things they don't know how to do.Curious and flexible when it comes to their own growth and development, as well as receptive to coaching and feedback to maximize their potential.Willing to communicate and contribute thoughts, insights and new ideas to senior leaders both internally and externally.WHAT WE OFFERA role with significant impact and visibility within the company.Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative petitive salary commensurate with experience.A dynamic and inclusive company culture.Please submit your resume, a cover letter explaining your interest and how your skills and experience meet the qualifications of the position, and any relevant portfolio or GitHub links showcasing your previous work or projects.Gap International associates are based out of our corporate office in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
