The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the following: Contact accounting, finance, and administrative professionals and discuss their career expectationsConduct virtual interviews or face-to-face meetings to learn more about the individual's compensation requirements, personality, location requirements, and other aspects that will help us find them a better andor new jobEvaluate the current open positions and make the best match possible with candidates that we are representingPost jobs using CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other tools that are provided to youParticipate in job intake calls to better understand what a client truly wants in their next hireThe ideal Senior Recruiter will have 3+ years of previous staffing industry within the Financial Services and have a current book of business.
