Overview of Lead Carpenter Role:  Performance focuses on producing projects per the written specifications on time and on budget.  Meeting with internal clients to be sure a project is ready to begin (DeBug), then meeting with external clients (Pre-Construction) to make sure they are ready for a project to begin.  Planning and scheduling the trade contractors and helpers to ensure the schedule of a project will work on time.  Communicating with the client, project consultant, and designer to ensure all materials are there when needed and installation runs smoothly. Provide Feedback from Front Lines to Prod Dept. Manager    Responsibilities:  Attend Debug & Complete Checklist Update Senior PM daily on project schedule  Understanding estimate and hours budgeted for project Input labor daily in system and ensure CarpentersApprentices have as well Attend Pre-Construction Meeting with Client Communicate weekly with Design & Project Consultant Coordinate Daily work on site Ensure trades at site are on track and have info they need Pre Drywall Walk Thru & Complete Checklist Monitor Safety on Site - Safety Checklist Complete Substantial Completion Form & Walk Thru Items Manage Projects and Trades on client sitesProvide Outstanding Customer ServiceMaintain a Safe & Clean WorksitePractice Teamwork, Dependability, Excellence, Respect, Trustworthiness
