Associate Relationship Manager will support Relationship Managers in the LifeSci Advisor Investor Relations business to maintain and manage current client accounts and is an instrumental member of LifeSci's international multi-disciplinary service team. The Associate Relationship Manager works alongside the Relationship Manager to coordinate and execute the IR strategy of our clients. The role requires a proactive team player with strong social, organizational and time management skills, as well as an ability to solve problems quickly. An ideal candidate can liaise directly with the clients' C-suite and work to service them on any of their investor relations needs.ResponsibilitiesPreparing agendas and attending for weeklybi-weekly client calls and identifying action items for the LifeSci team (and the Client). Preparing client deliverables, including shareholder reports, short interest reports, and research readership reportsKeeping track of upcoming client events and investor outreach activities, and anticipating what deliverables or action items are necessaryPlanning and preparing client events and investor outreach activities, including coordinating client and team calendarsTracking news and activities of clients' competitors to help provide proactive intelligence to clientsCollecting and analyzing sell side estimates and maintain consensus modelMonitoring and compiling peer group research; following industry, competitor and customer developments and news flow including earnings calls and analyst days - communicating key takeaways to management teamsParticipating in client meetings and callsOccasional travel to meet clients in their headquarters andor at investor conferencesRequirementsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience in life sciences, banking or financial services, preferredCritical reasoning skills and an ability to ask questionsStrong curiosity and a desire to learnNatural drive to meet or beat deadlinesInterestexperience in operating in a service-oriented business*Please Attach Resume to Submission*
