About the RoleThe Vice President of Finance will initially be responsible for all global financial operations of the Company including accounts payable and receivable, accounting and treasury, tax administration and tax planning, travel and fleet management, insurance and risk management, audit support, financial reporting, and equity administration. Responsibilities include establishing and reviewing the Company's system of financial controls, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, local and international accountingtax laws and relevant licensing and permitting requirements, overseeing, and supporting the Company's bi-annual valuations, and establishing and maintaining efficient banking, cash, and investment processes. The position is responsible for developing and retaining a talented and high performing team of professionals, supporting and promoting the company's culture and core values, and reviewing all financial and operational processes impacting reported results. There is the opportunity for the position to expand within a few years to include all financial planning and analysis activities directing a team of analysts responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for all business divisions. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $300,000 per year.The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
