Job Description

Natixis is seeking an Director level Fixed Income Derivatives Salesperson to market and prospects Interest Rate Derivatives to a selected portfolio of accounts.Heshethey will:Focus on derivative instruments, Cash bonds (EGB), Inflation EUR, Latam derivatives to North America financial institutions (funds, banks, regional banks, XVA desks, insurance companies etc.).Identify and prioritize potential clients that could trade FI derivatives and cash bonds and generate revenues to the teract with internal partners (team, trading, research) etc.Market the bank's capabilities in trading and research to prospects and clients.Provide market information and help prospects and clients to identify the derivative strategy that better suits their needs.Seek all the necessary internal approvals to set up new accounts.Facilitate, with Legal and Credit, the negotiation of legal documentation with clients when the relationship is not covered.Execute derivative transactions with clients and back-up the broader Macro Sales Team ply with limits, policies and proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree7+ years of related sales experience and training; institutional, fixed income sales experience preferred.Previous track record of success in an inside sales capacity required with an already established client networkFamiliarity with structured products, derivatives mechanisms, application of ISDA definitions in the context of structured products, and derivatives transaction execution procedures.Expert in all funding and CSA related matters as it pertains to rates.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while understanding when to involve other team members as needed and to work effectively in a team environment.Well organized, detail-oriented, flexible in balancing priorities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and work with all employees at all levels.High degree of integrity and strong work ethicSeries 7 and 63Find out more about Natixis here: is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a workplace free of discrimination. The salary range for this position will be between $250,000 -325,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
