Job Title

Video Producer is part of the content team responsible for creating and delivering the creative assets to support the marketing program. Heshe works directly with marketing managers to script and produce a broad range of videos. The ideal candidate is a videographer with experience in all aspect of video production (scripting, shooting, editing, producing) and strong project management skills. Heshe must be a self-starter able to work independently and collaborate with others.Key Responsibilities:· Partner with marketing manager, copywriter, and others to develop scripts for video content including, how-to videos, new product video, training videos, promotional videos· Develop production schedule consistent with marketing calendar· Lead planning for video shoots, finding talent, equipment, other assets needed· Directs video shoot and manage on-screen talent· Manage other production aspects, such as audio, visual effects and graphicsKey Requirements:· 5+ years producing video or video content focus on a direct-to-consumer business· Experience managing multiple creative projects at once -ability to prioritize and handle project changes and meet deadlines· Creative skills to select stories, write stories and generate ideas· Strong project management skills· Very hands-on, strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail· Ability to listen and collaborate with others· Self-motivated, critical thinker, problem solver, team player· Able to work in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with strong sense of ownership and accountabilityWe will set-up the new hire for success by having himher work in our showrooms for 3-4 months to understand our business paradigm and develop key relationships within our organization.Blinds To Go, Inc., is the leading manufacturer of custom-made blinds and shades in North America.
