Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract - Plainsboro, NJProclinical is actively seeking a Talent Acquisitions Specialist for a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a contract role located in Plainsboro, NJ.Primary Responsibilities:The primary focus will be to provide comprehensive recruitment for the North America Organization, manage requisitions, and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to meet the organization's talent needs.Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree.Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience and at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent.Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience.Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly confront issues.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
