We seek a General Manager with a deep passion for and understanding of podcasting to lead the Signal Awards, elevating the visibility of podcasters and podcasts across all industries. This leader will leverage their deep connections and years of experience in podcasting to further solidify Signal as the authority on the best work being created in podcasting today.Primary ResponsibilitiesRepresent Signal Awards to customersSpeak publicly and lead community eventsDevelop thought leadership related to trends in podcasting Research and recruit industry partners and judgesHost the Signal podcastAnnual program event leadershipRequirements5-7 years of experience in podcastingProducer mindset - be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and complete projects independentlyPassion for podcasts and our missionProven ability to communicate well in a variety of settings and mediaPublic speaking and event experienceDeep network of podcasting industry contactsCompensation & BenefitsTotal Compensation (bonus + base) up to $135K Competitive compensation package with generous incentive-based bonus programComprehensive health care plan (health, dental, vision) with 100% of employee premiums paid by company.
