Product OwnerConcord is seeking a Product Owner to join our growing software development team in the US. As a member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for collaborating on product strategy and defining and prioritizing key features of those products.The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, hands-on, data driven, and passionate about achieving strong outcomes for our customers. You will have a proven track record of defining products that delight users and generate strong returns on investments. In addition, the ideal candidate has experience working with customers, business leaders, and development teams within an Agile scrum process.Essential Functions:with Business leaders and other Product Managers to define and refine product strategiesa domain expert in the workflows that our products supportfeature input from customers and stakeholdersproduct features and their functional and non-functional requirementsproduct backlogs against business prioritieswith development teams to communicate requirements and answer questionsoff on completed development of the features you define in a manner that supports our high standards for qualityin product testing activitiesROI analysis of the features you definein the creation and presentation of product roadmapsproduct demonstrations and collect feedbackJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a product managerowner rolein writing product features, and requirementsdefining requirements using demonstrable and testable languagein defining performance, scalability, and security requirementsworking with multiple development teams simultaneouslyin juggling multiple competing prioritieswith product roadmapswith product ROI analysisto work and team effectively with management personnel across geographiesinterpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsto deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations under pressurePREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:with Cloud based software solutionswith software platformswith the Agile development processwith Microsoft ADOwith the healthcare domainThe compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000.
