Our client is looking for an experienced, well-qualified Paralegal with specialization in COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS to join their thriving downtown Cleveland office. The paralegal will service the firm's clients by assisting with real estate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, and closings. They will assist in the preparation and review of real estate documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, closing statements, deeds, etc. Relevant experience is strongly preferred.If you enjoy working extensively with the firm's clients, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
