Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their most recent resume to : Sr. Data ArchitectLocation: New Jersey (Hybrid)Full Time positionRole Overview:Expected to work in close collaboration with the Client team and client on data transformation, data engineering and data technology projectsWork with client to understand company needs to define architecture and build data solutionsPlan and design the structure of a technology solutionUnderstanding of strategic data and IT solutionsEvaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methodsEnsure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructureFamiliarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL, DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redshift etc.). Must have experience working and building architecturepipelines on AWS.Strong and in-depth understanding of Data Engineering FundamentalsSolid and in-depth knowledge of Cloud data management (AWS services)Experience with AWS technologies including AppSync, Lambda, Step Functions, Event Bridge.Solid experience of AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Glue, EMRSpark, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, KMS, SM etc.Knowledge of modern cloud native data warehouses i.e., AWS Redshift, Snowflake or Azure Synapse AnalyticsExperience implementing metadata solutions leveraging AWS non-relational data solutions such as ElasticCache and DynamoDB.Good knowledge of data base management and SQL, Informatica, HadoopSpark, and ETL tools.Ability to understand data models and identify ETL optimization opportunities.
