My client is a an innovative FinTech firm that has been around for 20+ years specializing in helping clients with advancing their OMSEMS trading capabilities with their Multi-asset trading platform. There are seeking an individual with strong OMSEMS experience, have worked with traders, and achieved an up-sell quota goal. The Relationship Manager position will consist of working cross-functionally with internal team and focusing on up-selling within existing accounts.ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to cross sellupsell or to modify products so they meet customer needs more effectivelyDevelop and nurture client relationships to achieve long-term partnershipsBe the main point of contact in all commercial matters relating to client concerns and needsManage accurate client records , including detailed strategic account plans , contract updates and renewalsQualifications5+ years in Account Management working with Asset Managers and Hedge funds.Strong presentation and client facing skills with the ability to articulate a technical solution and the ability and knowledge to explain the benefits and features to the clientKnowledge of Investment management industry
